PiaceSalumi is proposed of being between the main interlocutors in the traditional and modern channel of Italian salumi, which specialist in the segment of Piacenza's D.O.P.(coppa,salumi and pancetta) with the Massalein of the Nure line.

The main values to the base of the company policy are the gastronomic tradition of the territory of Piacenza and the handmade working with accurate row controls, that guarantee an elevated qualitative standard production.

PiaceSalumi has moreover the objective to assert itself in national and international area through an accurated process of selection, with the two lines: "alta gastronomia Italiana" and "antica fattoria Pontenure".

 

History & Tradition

Piacesalumi is a firm in the province of Piacenza (Pontenure),specialized in quality salumi production.

The PiaceSalumi products are the result of an ancient alimentary tradition tied to the territory and of a accurated handmade work handed down from generation to generation, in the maximum respect of productive disciplinary .
In particular the maturing is differentiated based on the types of product and the better selections comes ulteriorly refined in a natural cellar.

The handmade working, the accurate meats selection and the row control guarantee genuineness and the high quality of the three PiaceSalumi product lines: "Massalein del Nure", "Alta gastronomia italiana", "Antica fattoria Pontenure".
